I played football and then switched to XC running last fall (2013) my best race time was:
5K 18:54.2
I made Varsity as a freshman and I knew running was no longer just a stress reliever or a way to get excercise, but a way of life. I am a runner. It's part of who I am.

Short-Term Running Goals: I am working to accomplish several goals:
3 half-marathons
Varsity XC Team and State Finish in top 20
Varsity Track Team and State Finish in top 5 Long-Term Running Goals: I'd like to be qualified to say that I am a marathoner.
Run 2 Marathons or more races and some half-Marathons.
I also want to look back on my life in 20+ years and be able to say that I consistently ran. I want running to be a part of my life and the life of my future family. | ran 2 mile at disticts took 6th with a time of 11:37, wasnt a good race for me had a panic attack right befor the race. But latter that day i meet a runner who not only gave me tips but halep me pick better shoes and things to do befor and during the race, he inspired me so much i hope one day i can be as good as him. | Did 1 mile early morning then disticts 1 mile wuth a time of 5:37 took 5th. then later did a 4 mile run nice and easy.

| tryyed out the garmin 220 watch today. at pace 1 mile was 6:21, 2 mile was 6:28.1, 3 mile was 6:12.1 my avg pace was 6:20. i love the watch.
Thanks Marlin for the help!!! Looking forward to running a half Marathon with yeah!

| did a mile in 5:48 my cadence was 188 avarge max cadance 208 and average pace was 5:44. ran in the mizinos wave hitigrai (they are my race shoes but they looked like they needed a run.) it was great nice and cool.

| we ran a mile for our P.E and i forgot my running shoes cuz i didnt know so i ened up running in some skate shoes my time was 6:27, but my nerve that i hurt in XC is starting to come back, oh well its noot going to stop me from doing what i love.

| farthis dististance this far ran iin the Cortana 3 and by the end of the run my muscles were burning haha thats how i know they got worked i guess.
