Running Accomplishments:

I started running as a way to survive living with sisters! It seemed to be a great way to get away for a minute and relieve stress. (YOU try living with 4 sisters)

I played football and then switched to XC running last fall (2013) my best race time was:

 5K 18:54.2

I made Varsity as a freshman and I knew running was no longer just a stress reliever or a way to get excercise, but a way of life. I am a runner. It's part of who I am.

Short-Term Running Goals:

I am working to accomplish several goals:

3 half-marathons

Varsity XC Team and State Finish in top 20

Varsity Track Team and State Finish in top 5

Long-Term Running Goals:

I'd like to be qualified to say that I am a marathoner.

Run 2 Marathons or more races and some half-Marathons.

 

I also want to look back on my life in 20+ years and be able to say that I consistently ran. I want running to be a part of my life and the life of my future family.

Personal:

This is my 2nd season running. I love running and biking. I am eager to learn from others who are successful runners.

Did eleven miles on a stationary bike today, would of ran in my new hokas but i had to babysit, But at least i got something in Right?

did 2 miles on restince 4, then 3 for another 2 miles next 2 restiance and 3 miles and normal for 4

reyed a new route this morinig, there was a lot of dogs out this morning a few ran after me and messed up my pase, but a bueatiful morning nice and cool ran in my hokas today i love the  cousion nice and solf easier to do more miles. (thanks again Marlin)

today i did, 7 miles on a stationary bike trying to wotk the muscle by my knee noticed it was a little weak. Did 4 miles on resitances 4 and 3 miles on resistance 6 going 15 mph.

woke up did 6.8 tryed to fucus on pace today for the half  marthon hopeing i hold 7 min miles i was able to hold it for mile every mile but the fourth but also i did a new route. ran in my hokas today.

did 3 miles of speed on a rack.The total distance 1 mile as fast as I could there. then did .5 of running on bleachers. then did sprinting the straights and jogging on the corrners.

went 5 miles to work on a bike at 4:00 pace in the morning about 7:30-ish. Got done working about 3:30 rode home, which is another 5 miles. (same pace). then i wet for my first 10 mile run... holy crap! it was rainning and wind blowing but it was fun did every mile in the 7:00-7:55 pace had to stop once so i could stetch other then that in ran smooth. im sure ill be sore in the morning. 3 weeks left tell half-marathon

Did 10 miles biking to work and back then ran a mile. Super sore today the back of my aclkes kill and my thigh. Didnt expext that to happen but what doesnt kill you makes you stronger...Right?

did 12 miles today it was long and my anckes and thigh muscles still need work but im gettting there. should be under 2 hrs on first mararthon hopefully!!!!!!!
